New this summer there is another option for your travel plans. The Cape Flyer began service on Memorial Day weekend. http://www.capeflyer.com

The train departs South Station on Friday afternoon at 5:12pm and arrives in Hyannis in time to catch the last ferry to Nantucket on Friday night. The train departs from Hyannis on Saturday and Sunday evening arriving back in Boston at 8:45pm. So you can enjoy a full day on Nantucket on your last day. The round trip fare is $35, or one way is $20. So consider this option and skip the traffic on Cape Cod on the weekends, and save on parking fees in Hyannis. Try the Cape Flyer train when you travel to Hyannis this summer.
